Corso’s family shared news of his passing away on Instagram. The official cause of death was not shared. He suffered a stroke earlier this month and lost his ability to talk. Phil Heath expressed his gratitude to the dearly departed through an Instagram post on his account.

The NPC newspaper and IFFV Pro League shared a post on Instagram expressing sorrow: “We lost a good one today. R.I.P. @guydelcorsonpc,” continuing further,” You will definitely be missed.”
